I had never heard of Artie Moore, but his is a very interesting story from the earliest days of radio.

I hadn’t heard of him either. Interesting what you can see enlarging the photographs of his shack inside and outside. Just above his head there are two wires coming out of the shack to insulators, then going off somewhere. At first I thought an antenna, but now I’m thinking maybe for power. Trevor
