Hi OM Bill, glad to hear you’re back – tired of of nicotine gums.. 73 Peter/DL3PB
Good to see you back, Bill. Will new episodes of Soldersmoke be on iTunes? GL OM DE G5VZ
Glad to have you back! Some comments: I believe the time station is HD2IOA from Guayaquil, Ecuador ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HD2IOA ) As for astronomy Northern Virginia, you may want to check out the Northern Virginia Astronomy Club : http://novac.com/ They also have some maps of the light pollution for the area. Lastly, SolderSmoke — The Book: I’d be quite happy to read it that way, because I actually prefer digital versions of books to paper versions. 73, Nick LaPointe, KB1SNG
Woo Hoo! Welcome back! Bill N5AB
Yea, but not on iTunes?
Ecuatoriano…absolutamente
I´m glad you are back! Eric SA5BKE
Boy!. The audio sounds very good to me, but you sound like a totally different person than the one I have been listening to for the last year. Bill, W8BC
Okay, I am listening now for about 20 minutes using QuickTime Player which allows one to increase the playback speed. I am listening at twice normal speed and your voice seems more like your old self. But, hey, maybe it’s all me. Maybe I have not heard SolderSmoke for so long that I have just forgotten what your melodious voice really sounds like. Bill W8BC P.S. Turned 65 since your last podcast, so maybe the problem is my old ears.
