Would it be feasible to complete this project without access to a Tektronix 465 or equivalent?
David was asking if it would be possible to build a rig like this without access to a Tek 465 ‘scope or equivalent. Yes (but of course life is better with a ‘scope, especially a Tek!). But I don’t think this is a project for a beginning builder. Better to start with simpler projects: A Direct Conversion receiver, then later a Double Sideband Transmitter. See Peter Parker’s wonderful projects.
