They seemed so small<span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">compared to the Hammarlund, Hallicrafters and National triple conversion receivers from the same era.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv2014335329MsoNormal\"> Most Old Timers felt they were not going to get their monies worth with a tiny receiver sitting next to <span style=\"color: black;\">their<\/span> big <span style=\"color: black;\">60 to 100 Lb.<\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> <\/span>transmitter. <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"yiv2014335329MsoNormal\"> In 1962, this was a very modern radio both in style and performance.
