I think it captures well the wonder of radio &#8212; magic carpets, signals taversing the Himalayas and all that &#8212; but the presentation is kind of confused. The PRX podcasters keep saying that it was recorded in the 1930s, but then we hear references to the Nuremburg trials and the possibility of sharing the atom bomb.
